I am impressed. How do I book?
We are excited that you are interested in working with us! While this is amazing we want to make sure we are the best fit for what you are looking for. In order for us to get a good idea, please fill out our Service Inquiry Form via our Get started page. You'll then be directed to book a 30-minute consult. *Make sure you read all our FAQS prior to booking.
What is the process for design & development?

What do I need for the design process?
Your completed brand homework, all web content + imagery and logins/passwords for us to gain access to the needed platforms. While we will be designing the layout of your project, we will not be serving in any capacity as your copywriter (unless booked through one of our partners). *Not having professional copy or photography can make or break your brand, truly consider hiring a professional for these areas.
Can I update my own website when completed?
Absolutely! Every one of our web/blog designs come with a complimentary "How To" session. This is an hour where you and one of our team members sit together virtually. We will walk you through your site page by page making sure you're comfortable with updating/managing your design.
What platforms do you use for web design?
We currently offer web/blog design via Wix, Wordpress and Squarespace! In case you're wondering, our website is via Wix!
Contracts & Deposits ( THE FUN STUFF )
I want to cancel ... but we have already started!
Oh no! Just as a reminder, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. We will then assess work completed to date, and will bill you according to our current hourly rate of $150/hr.
Do you offer retainer services?
Heck yeah! LOL ( We prefer retainers to keep the brand management consistent) We offer 6 & 12 month agreements where you can book a package based upon the amount of hours you need on a monthly basis.
How many revisions do I get?
We offer 2 - 4 revision rounds based upon the service booked. Additionally, we offer 2 rounds of edits for our personality sessions.
I do not see the pricing for your services. What are the costs for your services?
After your 30-minute complimentary consultation with our team, you'll receive our official pricing + service guide. On average, our clients spend 4500 for Web Design, 1200 for Photography, 1000 for Logo Design, 950 on Brand Strategy and 600 in General Design.
Do you offer any A LA Carte Services? I don't see what I am looking for.
Yes we do! Email us for one and done graphic services that you need quick and on the go.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm EST ( but they may vary on holidays and when offsite for on location projects ) #WEAREABUSYBUNCH :)
